There are several ways that Cellar Studio Art & Design obtains information from and/or about you: (1) via my estimate request online form; (2) requesting a subscription to the Cellar Studio Art & Design email newsletter; (3) contacting me via the Contact Me e-mail form; (4) from the submission of a project through my online order forms; (5) registering to purchase something from one of my online stores. If you do not agree with my privacy policies, please do not submit information to my web site by any of these means.

How I use this information.

Any information supplied by you to Cellar Studio Art & Design is only used for the original purpose for which it was supplied. Cellar Studio Art & Design does not otherwise utilize your personal information in any way and never shares or sells your e-mail address or other personal information to other companies. No information is collected about you unless you request rates, apply for registration, make an on-line purchase, or request an e-mail notification. I do not utilize mailing lists or any other form of unsolicited communication other than the subscription request to my newsletter.

Use of Cookies.

"Cookies" are used by Cellar Studio Art & Design only to enable you to use my web site in the most efficient manner and to access my various site functions such as registration, search, and submission of repeat projects. You may visit my web site with cookies disabled, but certain functions of my site will not perform properly and your experience may not be as enriched as planned by my studio.

E-mail communication.

Cellar Studio Art & Design will only send e-mail to you if you ask for them. Cellar Studio art & Design utilizes your e-mail address to confirm your order and to confirm shipment/delivery of your order and to respond to any inquiries or revision requests you make on-line. My visitors  may subscribe to the Cellar Studio Art & Design newsletter list and may unsubscribe from this newsletter at any time.

Billing Information.

Cellar Studio Art & Design does not store ANY credit card or billing information on the web site. All of my on-line project payments are via a trusted internet payment service, PayPal. I do not have access to any credit card numbers or validating information other than the billing address, phone number and email address used for any transaction.

Use of artwork on my web site.

Cellar Studio Art & Design may use portions of the work created in any project in its online portfolio or in marketing materials. Such use is in strict accordance with my terms and conditions. I will not share any client contact information about such artwork, other than any identifying features already contained in the artwork. Additional information requests from third parties regarding any project featured on my web site will be denied.
