Content Management Systems (CMS) are for customers who want to have complete control of their own content. The CMS system I highly recommend is Joomla CMS. Joomla is an opensource, template-based, database-driven content managment system that is very stable, easy to learn, and very versatile.

I, personally, prefer designing templates and setting up Joomla-based sites for my customers and training them how to use their new website. This puts them in complete control of their content and they don't have to rely upon me to add, move, or delete content as needed.

I can implement a Joomla website to be as dynamic (interactive) or as static as you want. You also have the choice of numerous features that can be installed and implemented into your Joomla site. They include:
